Cochin Wood Industries manufactures products strictly as per the confirmed requirements of our customers. To maintain clarity and fairness in our B2B bulk business, the following policy applies:
1. General Rule
Returns are not accepted if the material has been produced and delivered according to the customer’s order specifications.
As all orders are made-to-demand, cancellations or returns are not permitted once production is complete.
2. Defective Material
Returns or replacements will be accepted only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.
Customers must report any defect within 3 working days of delivery, supported by photographic or video evidence.
Upon verification, replacement or refund will be provided for the defective portion of the material.
3. Industry Tolerance
In bulk orders, a tolerance of 5–10% in dimensions, quantity, or finishing is widely accepted.
Claims will only be considered if deviations exceed this tolerance range.
4. Process
Report issues to info@cochinwood.in or call +91 9567410175, providing order details and proof of defect.
Our quality team will review the claim and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible.
Replacement or refund will be arranged for the defective portion after inspection.
Logistics responsibility will be decided case by case.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Material damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or alteration by third parties.
Orders that meet approved specifications but do not align with subjective customer expectations.
Minor variations within the accepted tolerance limits.
