Now Maruti's Manesar railway siding (India's largest auto in-plant siding, 450,000 vehicles/yr, opened June 2025) ships double-stack to Mundra; Maruti exported 395,648 units in 2025 alone. Samsung Sector 81 turns out 330,000 phones a day. Moradabad's brass-handicraft cluster runs ₹15,000 crore of bespoke crates a year. Logistics
Kochi to NCR — road in 4-5 days, DFC rail in about a week.
Two routes. By road: ~2,500 km on NH-44 (Kochi-Bengaluru-Hyderabad-Nagpur-Agra-Delhi), 34-36 hours of running, realistically 4-5 days door-to-door including stops and NCR last-mile traffic. By rail container: CONCOR rail from South Indian ports (Kochi origin via Tondiarpet/Bengaluru) to ICD Tughlakabad or ICD Dadri — about a week end-to-end, cost-efficient for full-container bulk. With WDFC fully end-to-end since 31 March 2026, Dadri-to-JNPT freight has compressed sharply and inbound rail timings to NCR have firmed up. For overseas cargo we supply ISPM-15 heat-treated, IPPC-stamped wood with phytosanitary documentation, and original certificates released to verified buyers on request. Can you ship by rail container to ICD Tughlakabad or Dadri?
Yes. CONCOR rail container is the cost-efficient bulk option to NCR — about a week end-to-end. WDFC commissioning (March 2026) firmed up timings. Road remains faster for time-critical jobs (4-5 days).
Do you handle bespoke handicraft crates for Moradabad exporters?
Yes. Moradabad brass and metalware exporters need irregular, bracing-heavy plywood crates with custom internals — we build to drawing, ISPM-15 stamped, delivered to your facility or to TKD/Dadri stuffing yards.
Is the wood ISPM-15 compliant for export?
Export pallets and crates are heat-treated and IPPC-stamped to ISPM-15, with phytosanitary documentation for the destination country.
What is the minimum order?
