Container Flooring Plywood
28 mm container flooring, milled for India's container belt.
One surface takes the whole load — a forklift, an impact hit, salt air and twenty years of leasing cycles. Okoume face on a rubberwood core.

Why this board
Built for the one surface that takes the whole load.
India's container belt is getting more interesting: Bhavnagar is now a designated Container Manufacturing Hub, and the February 2026 CMAS scheme — roughly ₹10,000 crore over five years — is sized to push domestic capacity toward a million TEUs a year. Domestic TB-001 flooring is part of that ramp, and we want to be on the short list.
For container floor and repair work
IICL TB-001 is the specification container lines and CSC repairers work to. Tell us the container model, groove profile and the spec your buyer requires, and we will confirm before quotation what we can supply against it.
Low thickness variation
Tight tolerance on a 28 mm board, so fitters drop it into the cross-members without shimming or planing.
Loaded from Cochin Port
FOB Cochin and Vallarpadam ICTT, paperwork ready when the container leaves — to the Gulf, Africa and Southeast Asia.
Questions buyers ask
Container flooring plywood, answered.
What is container flooring plywood?
It is a high-density hardwood plywood, 28 mm thick (±1 mm), that forms the structural floor of a shipping container. It carries the full cargo load and a moving forklift. Buyers commonly specify against IICL TB-001; construction and bonding are confirmed per order.
What standard does it follow?
IICL TB-001, issued by the Institute of International Container Lessors. It sets the bending strength, screw-holding, glue-bond and thickness tolerance a board must pass to be fitted as a container floor.
What thickness and panel size do you supply?
We supply 28 mm (±1 mm) at 2440 × 1220 mm or 2400 × 1160 mm, with tongue-and-groove or bevel edges cut to your drawing.
What timber is the core?
Okoume faces on a rubberwood core, bonded with PF or MUF as confirmed per order, at a density of 780–900 kg/m³.
How is it different from shuttering plywood?
Shuttering plywood is film-faced formwork for concrete. Container flooring is denser, thicker and anti-slip, made to take rolling cargo loads — a different board for a different job.
Can you export it, and what is the minimum order?
Yes. We supply container flooring plywood FOB Cochin in full container loads, with export documentation ready at dispatch. Send your dimensions and volume and the desk replies with a written quote within one business day.
