Drum collars, four-way pallets rated for 1,000 to 1,500 kg, and plywood-walled cases for dangerous-goods consignments are the typical asks.
Pharma and fine chemicals
The Halol GIDC corridor and the Savli industrial area host a dense pharma cluster covering APIs, formulations and intermediates. Pharma export crates need to be clean, consistent in dimension and dependably stamped, because the cargo inside is high-value and temperature-sensitive. Automotive and heavy engineering

Packing-grade plywood sheets
Our MR-Packing grade comes in thicknesses from 6 mm up to 18 mm in standard 8x4 sheets. Buyers in Vadodara usually want a working mix:

Standard footprints we make routinely: 1200x800 mm, 1200x1000 mm, and custom drum-cluster crates for petrochem shipments. Internal cleating and corner bracing are added on the bill of materials when the cargo asks for it.
Pallets
Four-way entry pallets in standard EUR (1200x800 mm) and ISO (1200x1000 mm) sizes, plus custom footprints for specific machine bases. Load ratings up to 1,500 kg static for the heavy-engineering work that comes out of Waghodia and Manjusar.
Container flooring
For exporters consolidating their own containers at the factory, we supply 28 mm container flooring plywood — apitong-equivalent hardwood-face panels in the standard 2400x1160 mm size. Useful for refurbishing older containers or stuffing one-trip shipments where the existing floor is suspect.

A 32-foot single-axle truck out of Perumbavoor carries roughly 14 to 16 tonnes of plywood, which works out to around 350 to 400 sheets of 18 mm or proportionally more of thinner stock. - Multiple humidity cycles are expected in transit.
Use shuttering ply when
- The buyer is on the construction side — civil contractors building new factory blocks in Halol or Savli often pull shuttering ply alongside packing material on the same truck.
- The application is concrete formwork rather than packing.
Okoume is a face-veneer option on the packing and BWR grades, not a separate grade — specify it where appearance and moisture tolerance justify the premium.
