Weights are nominal per 8 × 4 ft sheet. For an 18 mm, 38 kg enquiry, the bond grade must be confirmed before quotation; do not assume BWR or BWP from weight alone.

Which shuttering glue grades can I request?
Choose MUF (melamine-urea-formaldehyde) with a BWR, boiling-water-resistant bond, or PF (phenol-formaldehyde) with a BWP, boiling-waterproof bond. The written quote confirms the selected grade and applicable standard.
What thicknesses, weights and sheet size can I request?
All manufactured sheets are 8 × 4 ft (2440 × 1220 mm). MUF/BWR options are 10 mm at 21 or 22 kg; 11 mm at 24 kg; 12 mm at 26, 28, 30 or 34 kg; and 18 mm at 35, 40, 45 or 50 kg. PF/BWP options are 12 mm at 30 or 34 kg and 18 mm at 35, 40, 45 or 50 kg. Weights are nominal; availability is confirmed on the quote.
Can I request 18 mm, 38 kg shuttering plywood?
Yes. State 18 mm and 38 kg in your enquiry. The sales desk must confirm the bond grade before quoting this option; sheet weight alone does not establish water resistance.
How many pours will the panel last?
Re-use depends on the selected construction, formwork design, support spacing, handling, cleaning and edge care. Confirm your site requirements before ordering; there is no single pour count for every grade.
Is shuttering plywood the same as container flooring?
No. Shuttering is formwork for concrete. Container flooring has a separate construction and groove choice; it must be checked against the container repair or floor design. See container flooring →
