Almost before we knew it, we had left the ground. All their equipment and instruments are alive.Mist enveloped the ship three hours out from port. The spectacle before us was indeed sublime.A red flair silhouetted the jagged edge of a wing.

Why this panel

The cheap panel is the expensive one.

More pours, lower cost per use

A panel that lasts 30 pours beats one that fails at 8 — the price that matters is cost per pour. See the maths →

Strips clean, fair face

The hard phenolic film releases cleanly and leaves a fair concrete finish that needs less making good.

Container loads, FOB Cochin

Recurring formwork supply to contractors and dealers abroad — the same panel each shipment.

Questions buyers ask

Film-faced shuttering plywood, answered.

How many pours does film-faced shuttering plywood last?

A high-density film-faced panel handled well gives 20–40+ pours; a cheap panel can fail in under 10. Cost per pour, not sheet price, is the real number. Full cost-per-pour guide →

What film weight do you supply?

120–220 gsm phenolic film on both faces — heavier film for more re-uses and a finer concrete finish.

What thickness and sizes?

12, 15, 18, 21 and 25 mm at 1220 × 2440 mm (and custom). 12 mm and 18 mm are the most common for slab and wall forms.

Is shuttering plywood the same as container flooring?

No. Shuttering is formwork for concrete; container flooring is a denser, anti-slip board graded to IICL TB-001. See container flooring →
