Rubberwood is the standard core in our commercial / packing panel; other core and face combinations depend on the quoted construction. Okoume is a face veneer choice across the interior range, not a separate grade. Beyond standard 8×4 ft sheets we cut custom sizes and thicknesses (6–19 mm and above) to a buyer's spec.

How plywood is made in our factories

The line runs end-to-end: log peeling, veneer drying, glue spreading, lay-up, hot pressing, then sizing, sanding and grading. Bond is matched to the job — MR for interior, BWR and BWP/marine for damp and export service — with E1 low-emission glue available on request.

In-process checks cover moisture content, glue-line and calibration against the agreed construction and acceptance criteria. Goods conform to the grade and standard on the proforma invoice when risk passes; technical data sheets are published for IS 303, IS 710, film-faced shuttering and calibrated Okoume E1 panels, and others are sent on request. Our factories are geared for full-truckload and repeat container orders rather than one-off retail sheets.

Export from our factories — FOB Cochin

We ship from our plywood factories in India straight to you: exports go FOB Cochin port to 28 countries across six continents.
