What our factory produces

Eight product lines cover most industrial plywood buying. Each is made at the unit and has its own spec sheet — browse the full product range or go straight to the line you buy.

Cores are rubberwood or eucalyptus — never a soft poplar core; face-veneer options are Okoume or Gurjan. Beyond standard 8×4 ft sheets we cut custom sizes and thicknesses (6–19 mm and above) to a buyer's spec.

How plywood is made at our unit

The line runs end-to-end: log peeling, veneer drying, glue spreading, lay-up, hot pressing, then sizing, sanding and grading. Bond is matched to the job — MR for interior, BWR and BWP/marine for damp and export service — with E1 low-emission glue available on request.

In-process quality control covers moisture content, glue-line and calibration, so panels arrive flat and consistent. Every grade ships with a material guarantee and a technical data sheet. The unit is geared for full-truckload and repeat container orders rather than one-off retail sheets.

We are an Indian plywood factory that ships to you: exports go FOB Cochin port to the GCC, Sri Lanka and Israel — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. We do not hold local stock or a warehouse abroad; we ship full-container loads.

Containers are stuffed at the factory near Perumbavoor, then moved to Vallarpadam (Cochin) for FOB loading, and are typically quoted within one business day. Loading is planned to CSC and destination road weight caps, with ISPM-15 heat-treated packaging and full export documentation.
