Perumbavoor, on the eastern edge of the Kochi metropolitan area, carries one of the densest concentrations of plywood and veneer production in the country — peeling units, core yards, resin suppliers, timber markets and seasoned operators within a few kilometres of each other. That ecosystem is our home ground. Our group began working timber here in 1986 — four decades of grading, making and loading in the same market. The agreed material specification and dimensions guide each order; confirm the required evidence and inspection arrangements with the quotation.

Kerala timber, Kerala cores

The belt exists because the raw material does. Kerala's rubber plantations replant on a fixed cycle, which puts a steady stream of rubberwood into the Perumbavoor timber market, and eucalyptus is peeled for core veneer close by. Buying core timber at source, rather than freighting it across the country, is what lets a Kerala plywood manufacturer hold consistent core quality at packing-grade cost. Pan-India dispatch, and a port 40 km away

For Indian buyers we dispatch from Kochi to any state. Material is priced ex-factory with GST and transport extra, and we plan truckloads against your unloading point. For export buyers the geography does real work. Perumbavoor sits about 40 km from Cochin Port and the Vallarpadam terminal, so containers are stuffed at our factory and gated in the same day. We ship to 28 countries across six continents — the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain) among them — and Kochi to Colombo is one of the shortest export lanes out of India, typically 2–4 days on the water.
